My mother’s drain from septic to the house was stopped up. She called DrainWorks and they told her they would call her back in 10 minutes. Exactly 10 minutes she received a phone call. Very responsive. Two gentlemen showed up at 10:15 and left at 12:00 and worked all that time to get the drained cleaned out. Very polite and knowledgeable. She would hire them again.

Sunday morning my kitchen sink was clogged I pulled off the trap and found that the clog was further down the pipe. I originally called apple plumbing and that’s where I made my mistake they charged me $400 and they were here for 2 hours using a snake to try to unclog my sink I told them to leave. I called drain works and they came out the next day and Dustin and his helper were awesome they came in and immediately fixed the issue for less then half the price of apple. I would use again and will refer them to anyone I know because it was that great of a experience.they were done in 30 minutes or so and Dustin definitely knew what he was doing . Don’t make the same mistake I did. Call this company.

Excellent service….and all on a Friday afternoon! Had originally called Horizon but they couldn’t come until Tuesday. Then we called locally to Drain Work’s. They said they would have someone call us back and it wasn’t 15 minutes later and the call came. From the time we called until the job was finished, barely 2 hours had passed. Would highly recommend

The cicadas clogged up our French drain in the cellar stairwell. Called on Friday night and with apologies that he couldn’t get there that night, Matt was able to be here first thing in the morning. Took his time, fixed the issue and explained a few things to us. Super reasonable fees for a holiday weekend and emergency service!!
